Mother’s day here but I’m still cooking the dinner 😆. Today brisket roast with Oxo roast potatoes.
I just love Lo Dough but really must try some other recipes. Love pizza though ❤

Pork chops minus any fat, boiled potatoes and veg. Good old fashioned food
For quickness tonight I used a frozen slimming world meal char sui pork noodles and just added some extra stir fry vegetables. Lovely.
Leftover pork makes a lovely risotto. Quite often have risotto on a Monday as it’s handy for using up leftover meat.
After a very busy and tiring few days while garden being landscaped my Sunday was spent giving the carpet a shampoo, steam cleaning the kitchen floor and tidying the garden. Add to that walking the dogs twice, nipping to the garden centre for some bedding plants, organising a food delivery for my mum and dinner was the last thing on my mind.
However I had put some pork in my slow cooker first thing this morning so I used my pressure cooker for the vegetables and microwave for the jacket potato.
Had to share a photo of my latest acquisition and am proud to have bought their first book. From a fantastic food blog to a published book. I’m looking forward to cooking the recipes. Well done!
