Ok so here is the SW vegan macaroni cheese. I added a few baked beans that I had leftover in the fridge. Was quite filling although I think I prefer the ordinary Mac cheese for flavour. But it was syn free!
SW fish pie, broccoli, peas, sweetcorn and 0.5 syn for ketchup as it looked too ‘green’ without a splash of colour.
Oops overdid the Browning sauce in my first veggie stew – tasted lovely though.
Trying to eat as much plant based as possible so here is today’s breakfast. Bran flakes, half a banana, couple of strawberries, blueberries and almond milk. Lovely.
Meatballs and pasta in creamy tomato sauce.
Tonight I tried Quorn cottage pie, which was lovely, ratatouille that I made and a few extra veg that I had done for hubby’s meal.
Risotto tonight. Still has some meat in it (Spam) because hubby wants it but I took mine out and gave it to the dog.
Forget the Yorkshire puds as they tasted so dry I threw them away (been in the freezer for ages….) but the turkey and veg were lovely.
My usual chips, a 3 syn naked glory quarter pounder, mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top, baked beans and remainder of my ratatouille.
Melt in the middle fish cake, chips and peas with a squirt of 50% tomato sauce.
