After zoom group today I was very aware so instead of mayo light I used fat free vinaigrette and one Baby bel light instead of cheddar. Lockdown shouldn’t be an excuse to slip back into old habits!
Roast chicken, macaroni cheese, Oxo roasties, carrots and peas.
SW vegan cottage pie. 2 syns for gravy.
Risotto, haven’t had one of these for a while. Only 3 syns.
Sunday roast. Only syns were 2 for the gravy.
Totally syn free. Quorn peppered steak, chips, eggs and mushrooms.
Must get some shopping as using up what is in the cupboard. Corned beef hash and fried eggs tonight
Liver and bacon. Added red onion and threw it in the slow cooker for the afternoon. Onion disappeared but the gravy was lovely!
Thought I would try making Quorn chilli. Hubby didn’t mention it tasting different but I could notice the difference in texture.
Using food in the freezer, so today was a Sunday roast.
