Hi, I'm Marion and my site was originally called 'Lose Fat After 50' however due to the fact that I have left 50 far behind and also that I am more interested in the nutritional value now I have renamed it 'Nutrition and Me'. My most recent journey began in 2015 when a brush with the big 'C' left me studying the way I had been living, the food I was eating, and the way forward.
