I know it’s extrahot today but the brisket was already in the slow cooker and it was tasty.
Sausages, mash, onion gravy and asparagus. Lovely.
Fishcake, jacket potato, beans, low fat cheese, stir fry peppers and mushrooms.
Previously frozen lasagne (batch cooking) with extra veg.
One pot beef taco rice with extra stir fry peppers, mushrooms and spring onions.
Yoga class tonight so quick, light meal needed only.
Stew and dumplings cooked in the background while I revised and it was lovely.
Lasagne with salad on the side.
Corned beef hash, eggs and tomatoes.
Chicken and rice again.
